What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your data deletion request:

  1. We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
  2. We will process your request within 30 days.
  3. We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
  4. Any data that we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax purposes) will be retained only for the legally mandated period.

Please note that once your data is deleted, your account will be permanently closed, and you will no longer be able to access our services using that account.

Third-Party Authentication Services

If you used Google or Facebook to sign in to our service, we will delete the data we have stored about you in our systems. However, this does not affect the data that Google or Facebook may have collected about your use of our service.
